Q: Diamond Clarity
A: At Yanina & Co. we strive to use the best in everything we make. All of our diamonds are full cut, unless otherwise specified, and are VS-SI in clarity, F-G in color.Â
Q: Creation
A: All of our jewelry is hand finished in store. We use a combination of CAD and existing molds to create our pieces. We hand set the diamonds and assemble all pieces here in store.Â
Q: Re-Sizing and Alterations
A: We can of course assist in re-sizing and any necessary alterations. Any associated shipping fees will have to be covered by the customer, as well as any fee for changes to the jewelry.Â
Q: Repair
A: Of course we understand, accidents happen! We are happy to repair any broken jewelry, or any stones that have been knocked loose. All fees associated will be forwarded to the customer, as we quality check and inspect every piece of jewelry before it leaves our store.Â
Q: Shipping
A: We do offer free shipping on all orders through Yanina-co.com, and will typically arrive 2-3 business days after the order is completed by our jewelers. All shipments are made via Fed-Ex and are insured. Direct Signature will be required, so make sure someone is home!Â
Q: Returns & Refunds
A: All sales are final due to the custom creation of our pieces. In certain cases, exchanges may be allowed at the discretion of Yanina & Co. and must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges when a product is exchanged.
