Start by booking an appointment above or simply stopping by our store. One of our expert team members will be there to listen to your vision and guide you through the process of transforming your old piece into something brand new. Whether it’s a small refresh or a complete redesign, we’re here to bring your ideas to life and create a piece you’ll love for years to come.
Design/Select
Next comes the design phase. Once we have your vision, you’ll bring in your piece and our CAD designer will create a detailed digital rendering of your new design. This allows you to see your piece come to life before it’s made. A down payment is required to begin the design process, which will be applied toward both the custom design and your final finished piece.
Create/Pick up
Now it’s time to create! Your custom piece will be carefully crafted by our expert jewelers, a process that typically takes one to two weeks depending on the design. The team member working with you will keep you informed of the timeline and personally contact you as soon as your piece is complete and ready for pickup.
To create a piece of jewelry we use an AutoCAD system to measure and draw the piece to exact detail. After which, we utilize a 3D printer to create a wax version which is then casted in the chosen material. All work is done in-house, and all drawings are fully customizable. If you are unhappy with the initial drawing, we are more than willing to work with you until it is done exactly how you have envisioned it to be.
